We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Fundraiser to join our small and friendly team based in Millbrook, Cornwall. We aim to make all staff feel valued and supported with training and a competitive salary, along with providing the knowledge and skills needed to do a great job.


The Fundraiser’s primary role will be to plan, research and generate funds to support all aspects of our organisation – including the life-changing voyages we provide, the Tectona refurbishment project and overheads.

Location: Sailing Tectona office (Millbrook, Cornwall), Plymouth and remote working


Part-time hours: 16 - 32 hours per week (dependent on applicant)


Expected start date: Sept 2022

Salary: £25,000 pro rata (28 days annual leave and pension)

We are looking for someone who is positive, initiative-driven, and confident in bringing new ideas for income generation to the organisation. The successful applicant will show enthusiasm and flexibility in a challenging sector but most of all will share our passion for supporting others to improve their lives. 


The Fundraiser’s work schedule will be between two and four days per week with flexible working hours and location. Please see below for job description, person specification and application details.
